Paul was a trusted and very helpful partner for us throughout our search for a new home and our eventual successful purchase. He was always in our corner, sharing his deep experience in houses, neighborhoods, and processes. He was able to negotiate 4 % off the asking price. After the sale, we asked him to look at a roofing bid. He said he had measured the roof during the inspection timeline, and the square footage was too big to have the contractor re-measure it. The contractor re-measured and dropped the price by $9500.00. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Santa Fe.
